A lot of guys come off one of two ways: over-confident or completely insecure. Some guys are both; being insecure underneath and over-confident on the surface to compensate. Either way, you have to find a balance. If you’re trying to score a hot babe and you think she is too good for you, there is more work that you need to do for yourself before you can even think about getting the girl. The truth is that no girl is too good for you. As long as you are confident without being arrogant, self-assured without being cocky, and willing to rise to her level if needed, you can have any girl that you want.
Okay, if you’re a lackey in Builders Warehouse, the account executive with an MBA might seem out of your league (for obvious reasons). However, your education level isn’t a direct reflection of which type of women you are ‘allowed’ to date or hook up with. You see, relationships are based on similarity and finding a balance. As long as you can have meaningful conversations and you have some of the same interests, you can still have a happy, fun relationship even with a huge gap in your social status or I.Q. level. Too many guys stick with less intelligent women or those who aren’t as financially stable because they feel threatened or undeserving when it comes to women who have more (more money, education, etc.) than they do.
Women are people, just like us, and they come in different shapes and sizes. It might not be a great idea for you to consider marrying someone who is a complete polar opposite, but if you think that every hot chick that you want to talk to is out of your league, there’s probably a lingering self esteem problem that you need to confront. A lot of men won’t admit their insecurities. A lot of women don’t realize that men can be so insecure. Chicks have a lot more power, intelligence, and confidence today, though, and that can be a scary thing to conquer.
If there are obvious differences between you and the women you want to date or hook up with, you should weigh those and see how they’ll affect the relationship. If you just feel like she’s too good for you because you’re insecure or unsure of yourself, knock it off. You are a strong, confident, desirable man and you deserve the best women in the world. Once you accept this and are able to own your confidence, you will have a lot more success picking up hot chicks.
Stop putting women on that pedestal where they become ‘things’ or magical creatures. They’re just people, like you and me, and they are never too good for you. Don’t try too hard or get in over your head, but make sure that you go out to meet chicks as a confident, strong, and successful person so that you can find connections and get the girl every single time.
